Parent Responsibilities

  1. Please make sure your student has enough sleep the night before practice.

  2. Please make sure your student has had a healthy meal, with enough time to digest, before practice. It is an hour of cardio workout and a strong appetite will develop after.

  3. Pack plenty of water and healthy snacks for after practice for your student. No gum or food during class time. Water only.

  4. Please arrive to practice on time. Modeling healthy habits of routine and showing up on time benefits students when they become independent.

  5. Students are expected to attend their class independently with the exception of our Toddler Folklorico class. Folklorico is a great way to build confidence in students. Please drop your student off at practice and then respectfully return at the end of class. You will be impressed with the independence of your student at their performance and note you contributed to their success by allowing their independence in class. Allow your child to show you what their capabilities are. Videos will be posted for them to practice on Google Classroom.

  6. Make sure your student practices! Encourage practices as bonding time for the family or simply showing your child you can devote 30 mins with just them a day. This helps in big families.

  7. Students are responsible for brining the required materials to each class. Please support the structure of TFA to be independent and responsible.

  8. Students are responsible for everything they bring to class. TFA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items brought to class. Please add labels to items belonging to them.
